Gaia Alacati

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Alacati last week and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious rooms, Bohemian concept coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Gaia on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I had much higher expectations from this hotel. This is rather a pricy hotel. Here are my feedback 1. Great location for the hotel and room look nice 2. We did not receive our own room till 5pm or so. We did receive a room to chill but we did it want to open the suitcase where we will have to relocate to our room and for that we had to wait few hours. 3. Hotel staff was friendly but most of them did not speak English 4. Breakfast was included in the price but it was not clear what is included in the breakfast package. No one told us what is included or not. 5. Shower temperature was completely off. It was mostly very hot. We told the staff and they tried to help but we never had a pleasant shower experience 6. The room was not cleaned first day and when I brought it up to the staff, she said I think it was cleaned. 7. They don’t have some basic equipment such as shower Cap 8. For the check-out, they were charging us for few of the breakfast (latte, omelette). When we pay a very good price for a hotel and breakfast is supposedly included, you would expect that there is no charge. I am not sure how the other hotels in Alacati are but I have been to much nicer hotels in other places.

When we decided to go to Gaia, I called the hotel to make the reservation. The staff was very nice and gave us around $40 discount from the get go which was really appreciated. The boutique hotel is very cute. It has a beautiful court and a bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Arzum!) Our deluxe room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. It was a queen size. The bathroom was clean. Their avocado tost is delicious. Their free breakfast spread is an experience. Just try not to eat your fingers with it! Also, their cocktails are worth trying. The only problem we had with the staff was a misunderstanding where we ordered drinks to our room. We waited 2 hours and when I reminded that to staff, they were very apologetic and brought our drinks immediately. Make sure to remind the staff to start the AC before you arrive. The AC in our room was not very efficient and it took 3 hours to cool the room. Also, just a reminder, Gaia is right in the middle of qction, so you will hear music and people enjoying themselves till 1 AM. It did not bother us but it may bother others. And please note that there was no phone in the room. You have to go down to talk to reception if you need something. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed it.

We stayed at Gaia for a couple of nights during our honeymoon, the location is perfect for a short stay in Alaçati, it’s close to the action! The staff were so lovely and accommodating and had taken into account that it was a special occasion. The breakfast was delicious, the courtyard is a really nice spot to start your day. The aesthetic of the hotel is very nice and the room was perfect, spacious and well designed. The front desk were really helpful and responsive. No issues whatsoever, would recommend staying.

We recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at Gaia Alacati Hotel. Nestled right in the center of Alacati, its location is top-notch. And with private open parking just a quick 3-minute walk away, it's super convenient. Stepping into the hotel, we were struck by its design. Gaia Alacati effortlessly blends traditional Alacati architecture with sleek, modern touches. But what truly stood out was the service. It's noteworthy how most staff members are fluent in English. Their welcoming and helpful attitude made our stay extra special. We want to give a shoutout to Shahan and Zeynab, who went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. Our room, though not overly spacious, was beautifully designed, clean, and cozy. It had everything we needed. Morning here starts with a delightful Turkish-style breakfast, which we found both delicious and of high quality. Reflecting on our stay, if you're on the lookout for an authentic boutique experience right in the heart of Alacati, Gaia Alacati should be on top of your list. We'd happily give it a rating of 4.7 out of 5. Highly recommended!
